All bandanas are handmade. Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry—iron as needed. Every Nermington's bandana is 100% cotton with a 100% polyester thread woven label.
All bow ties are handmade. Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.
Pockets are handmade please wash with like colors on cold. Wash inside out to preserve the pocket. Iron as needed.
We recommend storing our treats and supplements in a cool, dry place with an air-tight seal to keep them as fresh as possible through their best by date.
Please refer to our sizing guide below. We recommend measuring your dogs collar length to figure out the right size bandana you'll need. If your pet is between sizes, then size up.

Small- 22 inch neck | Medium- 26.5 inch neck | Large- 30.5 inch neck | XLarge- 34.5 inch neck

Due to the size and nature of our small business, we do not accept returns. All purchases are final sale. We have specific size charts and instructions included on every listing and highly recommend measuring your pet before purchase.
However, if you would like to exchange your order for a different size you can email us at hello@nermingtons.com and we will gladly send you the right size. We ask that you donate your previously bought item to your local shelter.
If there is an issue upon receiving your order, please contact us at hello@nermingtons.com. We will do everything we can to correct the ensure and insure your positive experience with us.

If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please email us ASAP at hello@nermingtons.com If you package has not shipped, I can still change your address.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
