Due to the size and nature of our small business, we do not accept returns. All purchases are final sales. We have specific size charts and instructions included on every listing and highly recommend measuring your pet before purchase.

However, if you would like to exchange your order for a different size you can email us at hello@nermingtons.com and we will gladly send you the right size. We ask that you donate your previously bought item to your local shelter.
